Talent Manager

• Advocates for talents, negotiating contracts, deals, and agreements on their behalf.
• Act as liaison between talents and brands, working to secure opportunities that align with talents’ career goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth, provide guidance on career decisions, and offer support and advice to help talents achieve their professional objectives.
• Develop personalized strategies for talents based on their unique talents, aspirations, and market demands. This may involve identifying niche markets, targeting specific roles or projects, and positioning talents for success in their respective fields.
• Assist on commercial project with brands and coordinate with talents for completion deadlines.
• Create and maintain relationships with influencer agency to discover new opportunities and content collaboration for talents.
• Attend industry events, cultivate connections, and actively seek out collaborations and partnerships.
• Assist on the promotion and marketing of talents in social media, working to enhance their visibility and reputation within the industry.
• Assist on publicity campaigns, manage social media presence, and secure media coverage to raise awareness of talents’ work.
• Handle financial matters such as managing budget for a talent’s project once the company allocates it if talent is eligible, track and record all donation related matters and ensure talent follows the company’s budget guidelines.
• Provide emotional support to talents, helping them navigate the challenges and pressures of the entertainment industry.
• Ensure that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
• Review contracts, negotiate terms, and protect talents’ interests throughout the negotiation process.
